An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation for Women - facilitated by our own Cheryl Champagne!


Mindfulness Meditation is about cultivating awareness and being in the here and now. We often spend a lot of time either thinking about the past or planning the future, which reduces our capacity to deal with the present. Through mindfulness meditation we learn to engage with stress in our lives differently. Join us for this 4 week series and be introduced to various mindfulness meditation practices.    


4 classes, Mondays July 5-26 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m at the 519 - Church & Wellesley.

July 26: More Practices to Walk Away With


Cheryl Champagne, M.Ed is a counsellor-educator who has been working with women in the community for over 20 years. She completed the Mindfulness Meditation Group Facilitator at Mount Sinai Institute in 2009 and has been enjoying integrating this new way of being into her work and daily life.

We have reached our maximum number, but will start a waiting list.  If , prior to the start of the first session, registered participants withdraw, we will go to our waitlist and contact you in order of the time you registered for the waitlist.
