Business Outreach

We are actively recruiting for a volunteer to take on the position of Director of Business Outreach.

We are working on expanding WRIB's business network, but need more hands on deck to be able to do so successfully.  Please see the description of this Board position below.  If you are interested, please contact email  contact: Dee Paul at dee@yourhometoronto.com.

Director of Business Outreach

The Director will be responsible for reaching out to businesses in the community, searching out partnerships with other groups in the community and providing business networking opportunities for WRIB members.  This will involve the following subcommittees:

Business Networking
This will include at least two events per year for business networking.  These can be WRIB-only events or can be partnerships with existing networking organizations.

Partnerships
This will include identifying organizations with which WRIB and the other organization could benefit from partnerships.  This can include other non-profit or charitable organizations, funding agencies, etc.

Sponsorship
This will include canvassing businesses in the GTA to get advertising on the WRIB website and reduced costs for goods and services for WRIB members.
