Meet Jo-Ann

I am very happy to join the team here as the 2009 - 2010 Communications Officer. This organization has brought numerous women from all walks of life together by offering a safe space for women to be themselves. It's my hope that WRIB will offer something for every woman out there, whether she has just taken the first step towards coming out and has a high level of uncertainty in her life, or whether she is at the stage where she is comfortable in her own skin and is looking to expand her circle of friends. Duties of the Communications Officer

The Communications Officer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the Corporation's website. This includes oversight of the WRIB website content and ensuring its compliance with all relevant legislative provisions; and responsibility for the WRIB e-newsletter communication to the membership.
